All residents of California will be subject to an 8.5% sales tax.

We currently ship our products via UPS Ground Residential and UPS 3-day Select Residential based on your choice during checkout. All of our shipping fees are calculated in real time using the cumulative weights of the items ordered. If special shipping is required (i.e. heavy items that must be shipped via freight) those conditions typically are noted on the applicable product page.

Shipping Charges we make every attempt to charge you the exact amount we are charged by the shipper you chose. It is not our policy to make money from inflated shipping charges. We do add a "boxing" charge to cover shipping materials used in shipping your order.

Hawaii and Alaska orders are sent USPS Priority no matter what the shipping choice at check out. "Ship to Hawaii or Ship to Alaska".

Canadian Orders We no longer ship to Canada. The shipping costs were too expensive. We do not ship internationally.

Multiple Shipments You are only charged for the shipping method you have chosen at check out. We reserve the right to make multiple shipments and/or ship with a faster method at our discrecion. We occasionally ship with a faster service when we want to insure you get the product in a more timely manner. Again you are only charged the amount at checkout per your choice at that time no matter how many shipments nor whether we substitute a faster method to insure good customer service.

We have a 30-day return policy. You may place an order (for almost all products we carry), inspect the product, and if you are not fully satisfied, just return it for a full refund less original shipping costs (provided it has not been used). No questions asked. If accepted, some items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you find it necessary to return an item to us for replacement or refund, email us at returns@yogasuperstore.com for an RA Number , and repackage it securely in an outer carton.

Be sure to include inside the package a copy of your sales record and a note describing the problem with the item and the RA Number . You must call for a return authorization number before returning an order to us.

If the shipment is incorrect and our fault or if the product is damaged, we will issue you a return shipping label to use so that you do not incur the shipping charge. This is not the case on products you have simply decided to not keep.

No packages will be accepted without an R.A. number on the outside of the box. All merchandise must be in mint condition and in the original manufacturer's labeled packaging, enclosed within a shipping carton and must include all packaging material and blank warranty cards.

Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.

We do not do exchanges. An exchange is handled as a return and you will need to place a new order. Please follow the return procedures above when returning your item.

If you receive a defective item, please contact our Customer Service Department 9:00AM - 4:30 PM PST, Monday - Friday, at cs@yogasuperstore.com.

Manufacturers warranties cards accompany most items, and are subject to the manufacturer's policies. Everything we sell is new and has been carefully inspected prior to shipment. If after 30 days your product becomes defective, please see your product's warranty information for contacting the manufacturer for replacement and/or repairs. If you can no longer locate that information, feel free to contact us for help in getting the manufacturers contact information.

You may cancel your order for any reason prior to shipment and receive a full refund. Should you desire to cancel an item, which has not been shipped, please email Customer Service at cs@yogasuperstore.com.

You will be advised if your merchandise has not been shipped and may therefore still be cancelled. If the merchandise has already been shipped and a cancellation is allowed, it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and restocking charges.

You can order with confidence that all the items that you order are in stock. However, unforeseen demand or manufacturer's delays occasionally result in items that are out of stock. If at the time of your order an item is not in stock, and delay will be more than one week (or less if a rush order) our customer service department will notify you of the delay.

If you agree with the timeline anticipated for actual delivery, we will continue with the order for you. We will ship these orders as soon as we receive them from our suppliers. You may cancel a back-ordered item at any time by emailing us at cs@yogasuperstore.com .

Your use of this site, placement of an order or submittal of a purchase order indicates acceptance to all outlined customer service policies, terms and conditions of YogaSuperStore, Inc. Under no circumstance will Yogasuperstore, subsidiaries or employees be liable for damages of any kind arising from the use of this site including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, pricing and production information, customer service policies and terms and conditions at any time. In addition, YogaSuperStore, Inc. will not be bound to any prices posted in error or responsible for discontinued or unavailable items or typographical errors. We also reserve the right to refuse service or fulfillment of an order, should circumstances warrant.
