Ana Cabán is a certified instructor of The Pilates Method of Body Conditioning and the star of the Gaiam Pilates Video Series. Schooled at The Pilates Studio of New York, Ana studied under the tutelage of Master Teacher Romana Kryzonowska. This rigorous training program consisted of 600 hours of apprenticeship, including observation, practice and written and practical exams.
